v. Prizes and Competitions

Prizes are only available to registed members, who must be 12 years or older to claim prizes. All local and national laws apply. Please allow between 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of the prize. The use of machines, computers, software, scripts or any other automated system to take quizzes and / or enter promotions is strictly prohibited. This includes running systems with more than one type, version or copy of a browsing software application at any one time, and applies to both registered and unregistered users. Registered members engaging in any such activity will be disqualified from winning any prizes and will have their membership revoked. We may determine, at our sole discretion, that any User has violated any of these rules, or any part of our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse prizes to members, at our discretion, and to change prizes, and prize levels at anytime. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or another alternative product, unless we deem it necessary due to the location of the prize winner. Once a prize has been despatched, it is considered recieved by the registrant. We cannot be held responsible for prizes not recieved due to postal issues, or other.

vi. Credits

On claiming a prize, the appropriate amount of credits will be deducted from the registered user's credit balance. Prizes can only be claimed when the registrant has accumulated enough credits in their balance, and not the credit total.
