Why join Dr. Quiz?
Take Quizzes, Earn Credits!
So, why join Dr Quiz? Well, other than the fact you love testing your own knowledge, you like to win stuff too, don't you?
We operate a credit system, whereby for every quiz you take, you earn some credits! There are bonuses for doing well in the quiz, as well as bonuses for sending that quiz to a friend, and getting your friends to sign up!
Look at the following table for the complete scoring system:

As you can see, finishing a quiz guarantees you 1 credit, but scoring above 5 can get you anything up to a 9 credit bonus. For example, scoring 20/20 on a quiz will net you 10 credits!
Aside from that way of earning credits, we also allow you to get bonus credits for doing the following:
- Sending a quiz to a friend - 10 credits per quiz taken.
- Getting a friend to sign up - 5% of all their credits earnt through quiz-taking.
- Submitting a question - 10 credits per approved question.
- Submitting a fact - 5 credits per approved fact.
Competitions
As a member, you also have the chance to be entered into our monthly prize draw for the most frequent quiz takers! The 10 members who have taken the most quizzes during that month, will be put into a hat, with one lucky winner becoming the recipient of a lovely prize!
We may from time to time offer competitions that all members can be a part of. Keep checking the Member News for details.
What can I do with my credits?
Well, credits mean prizes! Check out the prizes page to see what you can claim when you've got enough credits!
After a successful prize claim, the appropriate amount of credits will be deducted from your credit balance (e.g. if you have 8000 credits, and claim a key ring, it will leave you with 500 credits).
